Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping
All items that are in stock ship within one to two business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of delay, we will notify you by email.

Since many of our items ship directly from the artisan, shipping may take longer and if you order multiple items in one order, please know that they may not all arrive in the same package. Please contact us if you would prefer that we have the items ship to us so we can package them together, and then re-ship them to the recipient; however this may incur additional shipping charges.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either; keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time and if this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. We are happy to send your recipient a gift and announcing that their special gift is on its way and we can also provide gift certificates in any denomination.

Custom Orders
Personalized or custom items can take anywhere from two to four weeks. Please contact us if you have a special date you need your gift by, or if you would like information or expedited shipping.

Rush Shipping
Rush Shipping is available for most of our items. Please contact us if you have a special date you need your gift by, or if you would like information on expedited shipping.

International Shipping
If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us. Please note that international orders will not be processed until final approval by the customer and will also require additional shipping time. Payments are processed upon final approval of the order. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of  the customer/receiver.

Return & Exchange Policy

In Stock Items
Sila Boutique will gladly accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of the item, providing the items are in new & unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest insuring your package against loss or damage.

Custom Made or Personalized Items
Sila Boutique is proud to offer an array of custom made and personalized items. Due to the custom nature of these items, custom & personalized pieces may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the product goes into production and may not be cancelled. Please double check all text, monograms and information that you input for personalization.
